IPTV Smarters Pro

- Windows 11 can download updates in the background at full speed. Pause updates before a big match, or set a metered connection to throttle them.

Fixing common Windows problems
Sound but a black picture. The hardware decoder is not handling the codec. In IPTV Smarters go to Settings > Player Settings and switch the decoder from hardware to software (or vice versa). In VLC, Tools > Preferences > Input/Codecs > Hardware-accelerated decoding and try Disable.
