• Can I use the same playlist on several devices?

  Yes. The playlist is tied to your account, not to one device. The only limit is the number of simultaneous screens in your plan. You can install a player on a Fire TV Stick, a phone and a computer and switch between them. Two screens at once need a plan with two connections, or an extra screen add on.

• Why does my M3U file not show a programme guide?

  M3U carries the channels only. Add the EPG address in your app settings, or use the Xtream Codes login, which loads the guide automatically. The site states a 7 day programme guide for the eight core countries, refreshed every hour, in the local language. Catch up length still depends on the plan you bought.

• How often is the channel list updated?

  The channel list is updated daily. Apps refresh the playlist when they launch, and you can force a refresh in the settings if a new channel is missing. The site does not publish a public playlist file. Your login arrives on WhatsApp, and the app pulls the current list when it starts.

• Do you provide a MAC address activation for Smart TV apps?

  Yes. For SmartOne, Smart IPTV and similar apps, send your MAC address and the team activates it within minutes. Activation happens on WhatsApp, not through a form on this site. Other apps use an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login instead of a MAC address. You still need a player that accepts that method.
