Playlist questions
Can I use the same playlist on several devices?
Yes. The playlist is tied to your account, not to a device. The only limit is the number of simultaneous screens in your plan.
Why does my M3U file not show a programme guide?
M3U carries channels only. Add the EPG URL in your app's settings, or use the Xtream Codes login which loads the guide automatically.
How often is the channel list updated?
Daily. Apps refresh the playlist on launch; force a refresh in the settings if you do not see new channels.
Do you provide a MAC address activation for Smart TV apps?
