These terms govern your use of iptv-6.com and any subscription purchased from IPTV-6 ("the Service"). By ordering, you accept them.

1. The Service

IPTV-6 provides access to a streaming platform (playlists, programme guide, on-demand library) and customer support for the duration you purchase. Access is delivered by email as an M3U link and Xtream Codes login.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for verifying that receiving the content included in the Service is permitted where you live, and for complying with the laws of your country. Channel availability varies by region and may change without notice as broadcaster feeds change.

3. Account and connections

Each plan includes a fixed number of simultaneous screens. Sharing your login with people outside your household, reselling access, or exceeding the connection limit may lead to suspension without refund.

4. Payment and renewal

Prices are shown in the currency of the country page you order from and include applicable taxes. Plans do not auto-renew. We send a reminder before expiry; renewing is your choice.

5. Free trial and refunds

New customers receive a 24-hour free trial. Paid plans are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund policy.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on streaming servers, published on the status page. Scheduled maintenance is announced there in advance. Interruptions caused by your internet provider, your device, or broadcaster-side changes are outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to redistribute streams, scrape the playlist, reverse-engineer the Service or use it to infringe third-party rights. Abuse results in immediate termination.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under consumer law in your country.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the Service is sold to you, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.
