IPTV-6 ("we", "us") operates iptv-6.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR (EU/UK), PIPEDA (Canada), the Australian Privacy Act and applicable US state laws.
1. Data we collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles.
2. Cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies by default. Only a theme preference (light/dark) is stored in your browser. If Google Analytics is enabled in your region, it runs in Consent Mode with analytics storage denied until you accept.
3. Payment processors
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (card processors, PayPal, crypto gateways). They receive the data needed to complete the transaction under their own privacy policies. We store only a payment reference.
4. Retention
Account and order data are kept for the duration of your subscription plus the period required by tax law (typically 6 to 10 years for invoices). Support conversations are deleted 24 months after the last message. Technical logs are rotated after 30 days.
5. International transfers
Our servers are hosted in the EU, UK, USA and Australia. Transfers outside your region rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the support address in the footer with the email used on your order. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (CNIL, ICO, BfDI, AEPD, Garante, OPC, OAIC, or your state attorney general).
7. Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes
We will post any material change on this page and, for active subscribers, notify you by email.
